Krishnan Guru-Murthy is the award-winning anchor of Channel 4 News and appears on Unreported World, the foreign affairs series. He has also popped up on 8 Out Of 10 Cats and Never Mind The Buzzcocks, and made a
cameo appearance in Shaun of the Dead.

Originally at the BBC, Krishnan worked on a variety of programmes from Newsnight to Newsround. He reported for National Lottery Live, presented the Asian Arts show East and fronted Posh Frocks & New Trousers.

For Channel 4 Krishnan has presented The Autopsy, the first public post-mortem to be broadcast live. He has also hosted various debates, including one about the impact of reality television and another on human genetics. He also hosts the podcast Ways to Change the World, interviewing guests on the big ideas influencing how we think, act and live.

Andria has 30 years鈥� experience in marketing and technology, focusing on re-energising brands through consumer engagement and digital innovation. She was appointed in 2023 to lead听Allwyn鈥檚 UK operations, reinvigorating The National Lottery to deliver even more to Good Causes. The National Lottery currently delivers c.拢30m weekly to Good Causes 鈥� supporting the arts and sport sectors, empowering local community groups and preserving iconic British landmarks 鈥� making it one of the UK鈥檚 most significant societal contributors.

Prior to听Allwyn, Andria was CEO of Tag EMEA, leading the transformation of the independent, global marketing production partner for brands and agencies. She spent six years as CEO of Centaur Media PLC, which she evolved into a business intelligence and data group, and four years as CEO for EMI Music UK & Ireland, following senior roles at Bauer Media and the BBC.

Andria has served as a Non-Executive Director at multiple organisations including 888 Holdings PLC, Gamesys Group plc and, most recently, luxury shoe brand Sophia Webster.听 She has chaired Ad Week Europe鈥檚 Advisory Board and held trustee positions at the Media Trust and the Roundhouse as well as being named Change Maker of the Year (2021) and Agency Leader of the Year (2023) by the Drum Awards.

Simon is an accomplished C-Suite executive, a Fellow of both The Marketing Society and The Marketing Academy and has twice been named by Marketing Week as one of the UK鈥檚 Top 100 Most Effective Marketers (2020 & 2022).

With nearly 3 decades of commercial experience, both as an advertiser and a media owner, Simon is originally a P&G and PepsiCo trained marketer,听accumulating 15 years of experience in FMCG –听听including 2 yrs as a management consultant at Kantar Consulting, before making the leap into the Media / Entertainment & Travel sectors, where he spent 12 yrs in a variety of C-Suite roles – including听Chief Commercial Officer at UKTV (a BBC Studios company), Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer at BBC Studios UK, and Chief Customer & Strategy Officer at Riviera Travel.

Repeatedly called upon as a change-agent, recognised for being a builder of brands, organisational capability, and new products & services, Simon has a relentless focus on marketing excellence and customer centricity, with a consistent track record of delivering business growth. He joined ISBA from the British Horse Racing industry, where he was Chief Customer Officer and Acting CEO of Great British Racing 鈥� a stand-alone organisation responsible for the central marketing & promotion of the sport.

Passionate about driving positive change and unlocking potential for others, Simon is an active coach & mentor – most notably, acting as an advocate for 鈥淚nbetweeners鈥�, forming & chairing communities of senior marketing leaders who are currently in-between roles.

A keen gym goer, and fan of film & television, American Football and the World Rally Championship, Simon is married to his childhood sweetheart. They have two sons aged 20 & 17, and live in Weybridge Surrey, with the family dog.

Ed Vaizey is a member of the House of Lords, business adviser, broadcaster, speaker and event host.

Ed was the Member of Parliament for Wantage between 2005 and 2019. He served as the UK Government Culture and Digital Minister from 2010-16, and is the longest-serving Minister in that role. He was appointed a privy councillor in 2016.

In his role as digital minister, Ed was responsible for the roll out of the successful rural broadband programme to more than 4 million homes, the introduction of 4G, and tax credits for film, television, animation and video games, which helped make the creative industries the fastest growing part of the UK economy.

Ed also helped persuade Lucas Films to make the new Star Wars in the UK, and received a credit in the first film of the series.

Ed published the first White Paper on Culture for 50 years, in 2016.

As well as his work in the House of Lords, Ed advises a number of companies on strategic issues. He is a well known broadcaster, with a show on Times Radio, and regularly contributes to the media.

Ed is a trustee of Tate, chairman of the UK-ASEAN Business Council, an honorary fellow of the Radio Academy, and has an honorary degree from Newcastle University, where he is a visiting professor.

Dr. Daniel Hulme is a globally recognised expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and investor in emerging technologies. He’s the CEO of Satalia, an award-winning AI company that was acquired by the world’s largest marketing company in 2021, WPP, where he is now the Chief AI Officer. Daniel has been recognised as one of the world’s leading keynote speakers as well as one of the top ten Chief AI Officers globally. Amongst his many technology investments, Daniel is also Founder and CEO of the World’s first commercial research organisation to understand Machine Consciousness, Conscium.

With over 25 years academic experience with AI, Daniel received his Masters and Doctorate in AI at UCL. He was previously Director of UCL’s Applied AI Masters Programme, where he is now UCL’s Computer Science Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Daniel is also an Impact Board Member of St Andrew’s University Computer Science department, focused on using AI to solve business and social problems.

As Managing Director, YouTube UK & Ireland, Alison is responsible for working with Government & Policy Makers and partnering with broadcasters, producers, creators, brands and the music industry to provide British content and talent a platform to thrive.

Alison has spent her career at the intersection of technology and creativity, both in the public sector working with Government departments including MI5 and Foreign office and in advertising agencies before joining Google in 2011 where she led various commercial & creative teams and in January 2023 became Managing Director of YouTube, UK & Ireland.

Inside and outside of YouTube, she is a diversity champion, a member of WACL (Women in Advertising & Communications, Leadership) and passionate about the acceleration of women鈥檚 football. As a Trustee for her local grassroots club, Berkhamsted Raiders (2019-2023), she secured funding to train women and girls as managers, coaches and referees and doubled the numbers of players to become the largest UK girls club.

Lucien Taylor is the founder and CTO of Oxford Information Labs and the Global Signal Exchange.

Lucien has co-developed systems for Google, Meta, the BBC, the UK Government, and clients in the finance and educational sectors. His innovations include the development of security and research tools, a global information sharing platform (Global Signal Exchange), a text-to-speech system, a domain name registration platform, a vulnerability disclosure platform for smart devices, and two scam detection products (Threat Check and Trust Checker). Lucien has a degree in Mathematics and Computing (First Class Honours) and an MBA. His early career was as an actor for 10 years, during which time he studied at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and had lead roles at the National Theatre and other major UK productions.

UK Influence Lead and Managing Partner at Ogilvy, Imogen was recently named one of the top 30 trailblazing women in Influencer Marketing. Imogen has been a social and influence specialist for over 15 years, and alongside her team of over 80, leads global influence strategies for the likes of Bacardi, Unilever, The Coca-Cola company, LEGO and Kenvue.

Outside of her day to day role, Imogen works as an influencer in her own right, amassing over 120,000 followers, allowing her to develop a clear view of both sides of the influencer industry. As well as being a member of the Influencer Marketing Trade Body on behalf of Ogilvy, and on Ogilvy UKs Diversity, equity and inclusion board helping to shape the future direction of our industry.

Sean Betts is Chief AI & Innovation Officer at Omnicom Media Group UK, where he leads the group鈥檚 AI strategy and business transformation agenda. A recognised thought leader on the emergence of Web 4.0 and the evolving relationship between brands, consumers, and AI platforms, he bridges technology and creativity to turn complex AI concepts into practical, ethical and commercially effective solutions that are reshaping marketing. He is also an advocate for neurodiversity and mental health, sharing his experiences to foster more open, inclusive and innovative workplaces.

Sinead is the Head of Policy and Public Affairs at IAB UK, where she oversees its engagement with government, regulators, and parliamentarians on issues critical to the UK’s digital advertising sector. As part of her role, she sits on the Online Advertising Taskforce, which brings together representatives from government and the online advertising sector to improve transparency and accountability in the online advertising supply chain.

Sinead has over 13 years’ experience working in media, technology, and consumer policy. Prior to joining IAB, she worked at News UK as Policy and External Director and in senior policy positions at Sky and Virgin Media, where she led on digital policy and consumer issues.

Before these in-house roles, Sinead started her career in public affairs consultancy working at both Hanover and MHP Communications. In these roles, she specialised in advising clients in the tech, media, and telecoms sectors.

Nick Sharp has worked in the National Economic Crime Centre (NECC) within the National Crime Agency since October 2023. Nick is the Deputy Director for Fraud and heads up the cross-system, operational response to tackling fraud against individuals and businesses. Prior to joining the NECC, Nick worked in HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) for 17 years, 14 of which he spent combating serious and organised criminal attacks on the tax system in either HMRC鈥檚 intelligence or investigation divisions. His most recent post was as Deputy Director of Economic Crime where he led HMRC鈥檚 anti-money laundering and financial investigation teams.

Hayley is the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager at TUI UK&I, where she leads the in-house influencer marketing team & our creator strategy. She joined TUI four years ago and began testing influencer activity alongside her role 鈥� what started as small-scale experiments has grown into a dedicated in-house function with its own budget and award-winning campaigns. She has听 worked in influencer marketing since 2017 and is passionate about the power of creators to tell authentic, diverse stories that inspire people to travel. In 2025, our work was recognised across the industry, with wins across Best Use of Influencer Marketing, Best DE&I Campaign, and Best Travel & Hospitality Campaign.

Mark has spent 25 years leading and founding marketing and advertising organisations, as an entrepreneur and executive, as well as playing significant roles in the industry鈥檚 governance.

As President of McCann Worldgroup UK and Europe, (2014 -22) Mark headed a 4,000+ strong organization, made up of some of the region鈥檚 best marketing services companies and marketing communications experts across 45 countries. His remit was to help them come together to deliver total integration at scale in all aspects of business communications and reputation building.

Previously Mark helped co-found two independent advertising businesses, one of which, Delaney Lund Knox Warren (DLKW), became a top 10 UK agency. He has also served as the chief executive of the Central Office of Information (COI), the UK government鈥檚 marketing and communications arm and behaviour change centre.

He is currently Chairman of Asbof, the funding body for the UK鈥檚 advertising self-regulation system and of Smart Energy GB, the body overseeing the consumer outreach for the Smart Meter rollout, as well as Deputy Chair of the Mission Group. Most recently Mark has become Deputy Chair for the Government鈥檚 Online Advertising Taskforce and a Trustee for Spinal Research.

He has been Chairman of the 果冻传媒n and served on the councils of both the IPA and ISBA, as well as the Chair of the AA鈥檚 Media Smart and Children鈥檚 Panel and sits on the AA council. Mark received an Order of the British Empire (OBE) for services to the advertising industry in the Queen鈥檚 Birthday Honours list 2016. With Kate, he is the father of Oliver and Elspeth and lives in Oxfordshire.

Rima Amin is a Security Policy Manager at Meta focussed on Community Defence. The Security Policy team specialise in tackling adversarial threats such as fraud and scams, influence operations, hacking and cyber espionage. In a previous role Rima developed global policy for the online campaign platform Change.org. Rima holds a BA in Journalism from City, University of London.

Suresh Balaji serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Lloyds Banking Group, where he leads the charge in creating and delivering brand and marketing strategies, driving customer lifecycle management though consumer data & analytics and designing customer experiences to drive growth. Before joining Lloyds, Suresh was Global Head of Marketing & Communications at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong. His career journey also includes senior leadership roles at HSBC, WPP, and GSK, covering strategy, sales, product development, media, and advertising across the UK, Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific. A passionate advocate for inclusion and diversity, Suresh champions gender equality and works tirelessly to create meaningful change. Beyond the boardroom, he is deeply engaged with emerging technologies and collaborates with global leaders to harness collective influence in building a safer, more inclusive next generation of the internet.

Jonathan Allan is the Interim Chief Executive of Channel 4, a publicly owned and commercially funded public service media organisation that creates change through entertainment.

As Channel 4鈥檚 Chief Operating Officer from 2020 to 2025, Jonathan played a key role in steering the organisation through the Covid crisis and led its successful public policy response to the proposed privatisation of听Channel 4. He launched the broadcaster鈥檚 five-year Future4 strategy in 2020, and its Fast Forward strategy in 2024, underpinning Channel 4鈥檚 digital transformation. As COO, he oversaw the expansion of streaming, social distribution, and new revenue streams.

In his previous role as Chief Commercial Officer, Jonathan transformed Channel 4 Sales into an industry leader in commercial innovation, working with brands and agencies to adapt in the face of rapid technological change. He established Channel 4鈥檚 Diversity in Advertising Award, which commits 拢1听million of commercial airtime annually to improving diverse and inclusive representation in TV advertising, and led the broadcaster鈥檚 landmark 4 All the UK Nations and Regions strategy.

Prior to Channel 4, Jonathan was TV Director and then Managing Director of OMD UK.
